Topeka, Kan. – The Kansas Department of Commerce welcomes a new Regional Project Manager for Southwestern Kansas.
Jonathan Clayton joins Commerce as the Southwest Regional Project Manager covering 18 counties. Clayton previously served in the private sector for Penn Medicine as a Project Manager, as well as a Marketing and Outreach Director for multiple non-profit organizations in Philadelphia and New York before returning to his hometown of Mullinville last year. He most recently owned and operated his own independent contractor agency, providing operation management and human resource services to nationwide clients before joining the Department of Commerce. Clayton obtained both his Bachelor of Arts in political science and his Master of Arts in professional studies from Fort Hays State University.
Clayton is located in Dodge City where he volunteers with The Depot Theater and serves as the Treasurer for the Mullinville Hillcrest Cemetery Board. For a complete list of Regional Project Managers, visit kansascommerce.gov.
